Step 1: Provide Your IdP Details

To begin, we need to register your organization in our authentication system. Please provide one of the following:

• Option A: Your Identity Provider Metadata XML file (preferred).
• Option B: Manual details:
  • Identity Provider Entity ID (The unique identifier for your IdP).
  • Single Sign-On (SSO) Service URL (The endpoint where we send authentication requests).

Please also provide your prefered login flow. Choose one of the following:

• SP-Initiated: Going to app.pvfarm.io and entering your corporate email will redirect you to your company login page and then back to the PVFARM dashboard.
• IdP-Initiated: Log in to your corporate application dashboard (e.g., your company's Azure "My Apps"/Okta/…) and click the PVFARM icon to log you in the PVFARM dashboard.

Important: Attribute Mapping

Please ensure your IdP is configured to pass the following attributes in the SAML assertion:

• EMAIL
• FIRST_NAME

Step 2: PVFARM Configures the Connection

Once we receive your details, our team will:

1. Register your IdP as a trusted provider in our system.
2. Generate a unique Service Provider (SP) Entity ID and Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) URL specifically for your organization.
3. Send these details back to you to finalize the "handshake."

Step 3: Configure Your IdP

Using the details we provided in Step 2, update your IdP settings:
